**What does Thalatta actually do?**
It designs, builds, and maintains AI agents that do a real job inside a business — each backed
by a **memory layer** (the company's own knowledge, curated) and a trust scaffold (written

**What's a glass agent?**
A customer-facing agent you — and the customer — can see straight through: it works only from an

**Is there a live example?**
Yes — thalatta.ai runs one. Prospects in the outreach campaign can sign in, see the exact record

**Is my data safe in that demo?**
The assistant only ever sees *your* record — the few fields shown on your page. It has no
database, holds no credentials, and cannot see anyone else's information. Every change is

**How do I opt out of the outreach?**
Sign in and set your status to **not interested**. One click, logged in your audit trail, done —
